Adult Functional Medicine Plan
The Adult Functional Medicine plan is meant to address specific health concerns such as GI issues, autoimmune diseases, hormonal imbalances, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and many others! The initial appointment includes basic labs based on the primary concern. Initial appointment fee is $200 and then $150/month with a 6 month agreement. If you question that your concern would be covered do not hesitate to call or message us!
